Today I learnt that you don't need a big run up you just neeed to run your fastest and not so long and you need to use your arms and legs to jump high and go far.
Because of this learning I can now be a better long jumper.
Something I don't understand is why you don't neeed a long run up cause I think you do because it will make you go faster and jump further, well thats what I think.
The next step in my learning is to practice and get my run up sorted and so I don't need to measure everytime.

Speech Evaluation
I think my speech went very well and I wasn't as nervous as I have been before when I've shared my speech so I thought that was great.
I think I varyed my voice well and put alot of expresion into it.
It was around 2.40-2.50 So thar wasn't so bad but I still think I could of gone abit little slower, because when I practiced it at home it was 2.57 so I did go a little to fast.
Anyway I thought it was a good speech and I wrote it all by my self. ( Well baseclly.) She only helped me with the infomation I put it all in to the words and made it all make sence and put it on cue cards.
I didn't want to go into the speech finals so that toke some preser off me.
At school I nearly lost my speech so that was pretty scarry and I also hand wrote it so that didn't help at all, It made me more sad and annouyed.
So I thinks my very good and you can listen to it if you want just ask me.

2.On the sighs we should put some of the questions we made up to get people thinking and looking at the sighs.
3.On the sighs it could say how to look at the imovie "The Inconveniedt truth."
4.Show them how the temperature is rising like it showed us on The Inconveniedt truth.
5.Put some information from The Inconveniedt truth on the psters to try and convise them to not pollut the air.

Term 3 goals evaluation.
These were my goals. Personal and School.
Personal goal.
My goal is to not have tears at gym and try new things.
I will no when I have achieved this goal because I could get to nationals and will of got a whole lot more moves.
I also need to get over my fear of doing new things and just give them a go.
Evaluation: I think I half achived this goal because I had tears at the start of this term but I have stoped now and I have had no tears for about a month and I'm very proud of it.
I also got to nationals and I got some new moves and now I don't need a spot for flicks and fly aways.
I am just giving things a go to.
So really I did achive this goal but not fully nearly.

My goal is to get more non negotiables done and not just stick to one non negotiable the hole time.
How will I achieve this goal: I will do about half an hour on each non negotiable and start straight away. I will try not to waste time fluffing around.

My reflection 19.9.07
Today I learnt what septacemmia is.
Because of this learning I can now know what septacemmia is when someone talks about it or if someone I know has it I will know it is bad!!!

Reflection 18/9/07
Today I learned that if a frog jumps in a pool of hot water they will jump straight out, and if they jump in to a cold pool of water that isn heating up slowly they will wait till they get rescued. This is what is happening to the planet earth.
Becausae of this learning I now understand what will happen to the earth if we keep causing Global Warming.
The next step in my learning is to stop creating global warming.

Reflection
Today I learned you should only use first class for only responsibly reason and not irresponsily reasons.
Because of this learning I can now use first class for only good reasons and not to send juck mail to everyone cause it waists power and over uses electicity when I don't need to.
The next step in my learning is to try and remember no to send juck mail when I could just tell them and not waist power and electicity.
